How to Register

To register, please fill out the Intake Questionnaire form (to open it click here) and fax, post or e-mail it to Cellfield.

Cellfield will respond promptly as to whether the prospective patient is likely to be unsuitable for the Cellfield program.

To determine whether a prospective patient is suitable for the Cellfield program would require a Cellfield pre-assessment.

Most who come to the clinic, book in for assessments and treatment. This is recommended, as suitable treatment times, particularly during school holidays, can be scarce.
